a fantastic meal
I just wanna post about this cause I thought it was noteworthy.
My partner made the best steak I've ever had in my lifeeeee! I normally hate steak cause it's always tough and hard to chew through whenever I get it at a restaurant! I don't care how you cook it, rare, medium, whatever. I just want it to be tender! And for some reason that's always been too much to ask, so I just never got it!
But today my partner had these really nice ribeye steaks that were on sale, super big. They made them with some white sweet potatoes, which I've also not had cause I usually don't dig sweet potatoes. It was all amazing! The steak was tender and delicious, and I think I could eat those white sweet potatoes forever! The potatoes were sweet, without being overbearing, and they were so nice and soft. The steak was so perfect, and it was huge! I couldn't eat the whole thing, so I've got it in the fridge for a leftover quesadilla or maybe to have with some eggs for breakfast tomorrow.
My partner is the best, they are so amazing at everything they do, and I'm so lucky <3
