A nice walk
Like I said, I felt much better after I ate. The temperature for the week is supposed to be above freezing every day for the whole week. I took a nice walk through the snowy woods and it was very nice to be outside and get some fresh air and have the sun on my face for a while, and the cold was quite nice!
