comfy but a little stressed
Snuggled up under three layers of blankets on the couch with my partner watching Let's Nope live. Made a nice sandwich with some ground pork my partner made for stuffed bell peppers. Got a call about my job offer and ran into a little hiccup. The offer emailed to me said I'd be working 25 hours per week, which is 5 less than I had expected. I asked about this before accepting and they said that their part time is 25, but they could look into getting me 'full time' at 30, and I haven't heard anything since.
Just stressful cause I am imagining the worst case scenario where they withdraw the offer or something. I'm sure everthing will be ok, but I will be worried if I have to accept the 25 hour offer. It isn't the worst case scenario, but 25 hours is rough cause it's still probably like, three 8 hour shifts, so I'd be getting a fair bit less pay for still the same amount of driving. I did send an email and say that maybe if they bumped up the pay a teeny bit I'd be fine at 25 hours a week, but I still worry that me sending that will cause more problems.
I dunno, I'm sure it will be fine, I just need to accept an offer already so I feel more secure.
