Feelin pretty alright right now. Got home from an ok day at work, reheated my birthday chinese food in the oven, and then got super cozy in ved after running the blankets through the dryer for a bit to get nice and toasty. Then I played a pokemon romhack, which was frustrating (fighting a pokemon with dry skin in the rain while it peppers your paralyzed pokemon with sand attack is very frustrating) but we got through the rough part to a pokemon center so I could call it a night from there.
While I don't wanna work tomorrow, at least I can look forward to making a nice breakfast and taking a nice lunch. I'm already excited about thinly slicing some red onion for a chicken wrap, maybe adding some strips of red bell pepper too. And having a nice breakfast sandwich to cut in half, so I can enjoy the second half of it on my first break.
Work might be awful, but I can look forward to the little things. Nice food, good books, and a relaxing time at home after it's done.
I even hung up my flyer for Pride Commander at the card shop, so there's about two weeks for people to see it and brew up some neat decks! Mine will be fairly simple, but I'm gonna have such a fun partner pair. I'm gonna have the first openly trans woman and first openly trans man as my commanders! Debating on naming the deck 'Death Before Detransition' or 'We Have Always Been Here, and Always Will'. It'll have a lotta effects pulling things out of the graveyard, so the first name feels better, and it's shorter. I dunno, I'm just happy to run an event for pride! I'm even gon a give out packs for the top 3 most creative commander pairs, to entice people put something flavorful together!
