Feelin good
Today was a fairly nice day! Finished my audiobook, listened to the 2nd part of the new mtg story, and then went and started relistening to the edge of eternities story, cause it's sooooo good!
The audio book I finished was 'A Pirate's Life for Tea', the second book in the 'Tomes and Tea' series by Rebecca Thorne! It was very good, I enjoyed it even more than the first book! Any book with well written nonbinary characters gets a billion bonus points!
Also super happy for my partner who got a well deserved promotion! I knew they would, they work harder than anyone I know (too hard if you ask me) and they're the best person for the position hands down! I'm just happy their higher ups know that too, they deserve ever ounce of recognition and more.
Other than that it was a pretty smooth work day, though my heel is a bit sore from standing on concrete for so long. Time to relax, have a cozy night, and maybe celebrate a bit tomorrow!
