feelin nice
Sleepy on the couch after a long day, body trying to decide if it wants to punish me for eating too much caramel chocolate cheesecake ice cream (extremely dangerous it's so good).
Work was fine, but it was made much better by me remembering an old podcast I listened to, and picking it back up! Was listening to the LegendLark podcast, specifically their Blades in the Dark campaign and I forgot how funny and creative they were!
It made me think about running my own Blades in the Dark campaign, maybe set in the mtg multiverse with a home base in Ravnica with its ten guilds! The system seems well suited to me since it doesn't need battlemaps or combat balance, though the crew/hideout system seems a bit weird, but that's probably just cause I'm eepy.
No plans this weekend, just gonna relax and spend time with my partner, maybe find some games to play. Just take it slow and relax! I'll probably keep looking into the Blades in the Dark core book (which I appearantly got from an itch.io bundle 5 years ago!) and maybe consider finding some people to play with!
