feeling alright
Today has been pretty good, mostly just taking it slow at work. Was feeling a little bleh earlier but I think I just overdid it this morning trying to do a few little workouts.
I've been trying to be healthier, but it's hard to do it in a way that keeps me interested. I've been eating smaller meals which has been nice, but doing workouts is annoying.
I wish I had a good place to walk around, but I live in such a remote area that it's a 15 minute drive just to get to the grocery store. I'll keep trying to be healthier though, just cause I wanna be around a long time and keep being me <3
