frustratingly bored
Being stuck inside with nothing to do sucks. I can't even find a lot of stuff to do with my partner, which sucks cause I want to do things with them but there's just nothing to do.
We tried playing an asymmetrical vr game where I was in vr sneaking around and she was hacking robots and could see traps and stuff, but the game sucked. The vr player's whole job is just 'be in vr and move'. The screen player does all the hacking and guidance and can see the whole level. The vr player has no method of interacting with enemies, and without any clear landmarks it's hard to even know which way to go. Was super disappointing and felt like a waste of energy.
I just want a nice comfy game we can play together, with some depth and enough variance that we can keep playing and not just be doing the same thing over and over. I looked at mmorpgs but my partner isn't into a lot of heavy combat stuff.
I dunno, just frustrated because I'm bored and have no idea what to do and I hate wasting all this time cause all I can think about is being stressed at starting work in a week. Bleh
