internet upgradeee
So this weekend my partner went out to get groceries, and more importantly, get pizza and snacks for movie night. While we were waiting in the parking lot for pizza, I realized that a store for my phone (and more importantly, internet) carrier was in the same little mini-mall.
I needed to update my name, cause annoyingly I can't fix it myself, I have to go to a store to do it. While I'm there, they're also working on someone's internet router, and I notice a screen behind the person helping me that shows different internet plans. When I got my internet it was only one plan. I ask and appearantly I'm on the old plan, with a router that's two generations behind. I've been paying $50 a month for a plan that should have been $35! Well lucky for me, I was able to come in the next day, swap my old router with the new one, and upgrade my internet to one that's even better than mine, and it costs me $5 less a month!
I did a few test streams on twitch, and found that I had way more stability! So I think I'm gonna try streaming more, since I don't have a lot to do after work and especially on wednesdays! I streamed some rush, and the dev hopped on to play against me! It was a lot of fun, that game always feels good to play, even when I think I might be too tired for it!
Gonna try and stream a bit more, and I might even try and link on here when I do! It's an exciting little thing for meeee. It's been so long since my internet was stable enough to stream!
