Not really digging the new monster hunter :/
No spoilers but like, this game isn't doing it for me compared to the previous game. It runs really poorly, it takes like 10 minutes to start each quest, and it just feels so clunky to play. Like, how is the bird mount in this game so unresponsive when the dogs in the last game felt so perfect. Sometimes it takes the bird so long to get to me I start to look for it in case it got stuck on some geometry or something.
Maybe I'll come back to this game after it gets some optimization patches and some quality of life changes, but for now I just kinda feel the burn of games constantly having to crank out higher graphics for no reason...
