ups and downs
It's quite late as I write this. I'm lazy about posting sometimes, but there hasn't been too much going on.
Wednesday I went to a lgbtq+ meetup group thing and it was mostly chill. The people were pretty alright, though ironically I didn't vibe with the person who plays magic there. I tried playing with them (I brought my beginner bar cube, but we didn't play it) and the decks they bought were the worst constructed decks I'd seen in a long time, and the other two people we were playing with were very new. It wasn't very fun. But just sitting around a fairly comfy house and chatting with people was quite nice, I may try and go again!
I paid for my car after it got fixed, but I'm kinda struggling money wise, cause that took like, 60% of my paycheck, and my car insurance is gonna hit this weekend and take another like, 25%. And I gotta get gas next time I drive. It's gonna be a long two weeks waiting for my next paycheck :/
Other than that, I've been working on a new deck for a commander (I know right, rare for me) and I think I'm gonna try and make it my one and only deck. It's one of the new ones from mystery booster commander edition, and I kinda fell in love with it mechanically as soon as I saw it. Hate the art though, so I went and threw together a fun little proxy for it!
