weird mini ttrpg(?) project
At work I kinda had one of my 'burst of inspiration' moments and had an idea. What if I could entice my coworkers to play a big roleplaying game at work? The idea is that this would be an extremely simple, low stakes, long play game, where each player is given a character card. Any given day I can approach a coworker, remind them of what happened last we talked, ask them what they want to do, and if need be have them roll a die. Players are all in the same world, but are often on their own 'wandering'. Ideally, players keep their character secret, so they don't know when they interact with eachother.
Here are the 9 Character cards and the card back. (Borders on the final cards won't be so thick, the borders are thick to account for printing)

I figure I might print these next time I proxy some magic cards. This is all kinda just an idea. I don't know how many people at my work would actually care. This is kinda just a little project, but maybe it could be neat? All the icons are just mtg set symbols, but I think everything came out looking really cool! I like the idea of a slowly building story in an open world, and the idea of gradually crafting that story for players sounds fun. Maybe some characters never meet eachother, maybe one player makes things harder for another without knowing. Maybe one character even injures or even kills another? I dunno, it's all just a neat idea for now.
